Central Care has a team dedicated to providing organisations with a reliable and responsive ad hoc and emergency shift cover service, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
We undertake thorough assessments of our customer's needs enabling us to very accurately match staff to specific services. This guarantees that staff placed at short notice will have the right skill set, the right experience and the right training.

We understand the importance and issues related to supplying staff at short notice; and we understand that our reputation depends on it.
We therefore operate with integrity by supplying appropriately experienced staff, communicating proactively with response times and by professionally managing any issues that may arise.
We also confirm all booking details via email and provide on-line access to quality management information.

Our dedicated team currently helps over 50 organisations cover hundreds of shifts every week. We provide emergency shift cover seven days a week from 7.00am to 11.00pm.
Clear and Transparent Price Structure
Prior to the supply of staff we agree a fully transparent, 'organisation wide' charging structure, with a full breakdown of the workers pay, NI, holiday accrual, our administration charge and VAT.
