Aim
When our customer implemented its workforce development strategy in 2007, it identified a set of core competencies common to all staff working in that organisation.
Delivery
We met with the customer, received their brief and developed a comprehensive programme spanning 17 courses delivered over 47 days in year one. Courses were added as required and the programme extended to 77 training days in year two, 63 in year three.
Outcomes
Over 350 staff have taken part in the programme to date, and our customer's Service Development Manager has remarked that his continued use of our services is based on flexibility, professionalism and brilliant training provision. Our commitment to working with our customer to develop their courses in response to the needs of their staff and customer has enabled them to evolve their training effectively.
