Recruitment
Central has worked with One Housing Group for over six years and provides both recruitment and training solutions.
We provide the organisation with all categories of support staff including service managers and team leaders, floating support and supported living workers and residential support workers.
Our provision includes covering one-off shifts, short-term contracts and permanent staff recruitment.
Training
Central Training has assisted OHG in the design and delivery of a number of their ongoing training programmes, these include:
- The annual Graduate Support Officer Trainee Programme
- The Competency Training Programme – designed as part of OHG’s wider workforce development strategy
We have also worked with OHG on a number of bespoke in-house courses such as:
- Train the Trainers for their managers to enable them to deliver the company’s induction training throughout the year
- Child Protection Awareness training for OHG managers to give them the skills to implement policies more effectively and communicate these to their staff.
We have also accommodated delegates from OHG on a variety of courses, from CQC Mandatory to Mental Health, on our Public Training Programme.
OHG take full advantage of our fully equipped training room, using our Room Hire service on a regular basis for any other training or meetings.
