Family Mosaic

Family Mosaic is one of the largest housing groups in the UK, providing homes and housing services to around 45,000 people in 20,000 homes across London and Essex. The organisation is structured to offer a diverse range of housing and support related services including; general needs housing, sheltered housing, housing with extra support, a temporary housing department and a tenant support service. Family Mosaic also have three subsidiaries; Landmark, Old Oak and Charlton Triangle Homes.
Family Mosaic is recognised as one of the key providers of supported housing in the South East of the country and win contracts from health and social services. The Supported Housing Directorate supports vulnerable adults to live in the community and integrate into society. We specialise in a number of support services: learning disabilities, mental health, young people leaving care, former rough sleepers, drug and alcohol misuse, and acquired brain injuries.
We have dedicated resources which enable us to achieve grade A standards in the supporting people QAF and receive excellent attainments in our care standards inspections. We have a number of registered schemes, however the bulk of our service is in providing independent living support. Our services cover north, east and south London and the whole county of Essex, we currently have over 700 employees in Supported Housing.
Our services range from supporting people directly in their home to managing housing for our tenants with specific needs. We have excellent tenant relations and provide a dedicated team of specialist tenant involvement officers who encourage and support the various communication needs of our tenants.

Central has worked with Family Mosaic for over five years and has provided staff to their sheltered accommodation, residential services, supported housing schemes and their services for younger people.
Our provision includes covering one-off shifts, short-term contracts and permanent staff recruitment.
