Is this training appropriate for my organisation?
Central Training provides nationwide tailored training solutions. Our all-inclusive approach means we design, deliver, certify and evaluate the training of your choice.
How are our courses tailored?
When you have identified the training you require we will work with you to ensure it meets your business objectives. Very often our customers nominate a sponsor within their organisation to assist in the tailoring process. Tailoring a course can include incorporating service specific case studies, the organisations policies and procedures or activities such as role play or videos.
Where are in-house courses held?
In-house courses can be held at a venue of the customer's choice, or at our central London training venue in Islington.
Will certificates be provided?
Yes certificates of attendance are provided to all attendees.
Who delivers the training?
Central Training has a bank of associate trainers who have been chosen for their industry knowledge and their ability to deliver effective learning solutions.

Central Training aims to be as competitive as possible. We therefore look at providing a number of different pricing options for our customers in an attempt to be their preferred provider.

How many delegates can attend your courses?
In general our courses can take up to 16 delegates, the only variation to this is some mandatory courses where maximum figures are 10 due to the practical aspect of the courses.
What if I only have two people who require training?
We have various options for individual delegates or smaller organisations that only have a few delegates. One option you may consider is our open course programme if appropriate, however to allow us to discuss your requirements please call us on 020 7354 6433.
