Is this training for me?
Courses on the open courses programme are open to anyone and are usually attended by individual employees, the public, as well as Central Care's Agency Workers. Each individual course profile will specify whether there are any necessary requirements to attend the course.
Are the courses always the same?
Courses are always developed as is required by the governing bodies and legal authorities for each subject area. This means that courses are always updated to meet current legislation and address current topical issues. Our trainers also strive to tailor their courses to attendee needs by gathering pre-course information from delegates at the booking stage.
Where are Open Courses held?
Most of our open courses are currently held in London.
Will I receive a certificate?
We issue certificates of attendance for all our courses except Basic Food Hygiene and Health and Safety which are externally accredited and certificated by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health.
Who delivers the training?
Central Training has a bank of associate trainers who have been chosen for their industry knowledge and their ability to deliver effective learning solutions.
I can't see the course I need?
