Case Study 1 - One Housing
Prior to taking over the management of one of the largest hostels in London, One Support approached Central Care to assist them in providing the staff team. We were asked to recruit a team with the skills and experience to 'hit the ground running' in a very challenging environment.
We were asked to advertise, short-list, interview and vet the following staff team:
- 4 Team Leaders
- 12 Support staff
- 3 Waking night workers
- 12 Contingent workers
Although the deadlines were very tight, we were successful in recruiting the requisite number of staff to manage and deliver the service.
Since the hostel has been under the management of One Support a number of the original recruits have been offered permanent contracts and we continue to provide shift cover to meet their ad hoc staffing needs.
