Central's Recruitment Model
Our recruitment model is one of the most successful and cost effective ways of recruiting staff to fill short term or permanent roles. Increasingly organisations are recruiting our staff on a temporary basis, offering 'casual contracts'.
Our fees are 12% for permanent placements and 2% of the annual salary a month for short-term contracts for a maximum of 6 months.
As we are a specialist recruitment agency we only forward completely appropriate candidates who have been fully vetted and thoroughly assessed. Please refer to Quality and Standards for further information on our recruitment practices.
