Who we recruit
We are asked to recruit staff to fill permanent positions, temporary contracts and ad hoc and emergency shifts.
The type of positions we recruit to include Support Workers, Managers and Senior Managers.
Support Workers will need a minimum of 12 months' paid work experience within the social care and housing sector. This experience should include responsibilities such as key working, support planning, managing challenging behaviour and promoting service user involvement.
All candidates interested in temporary or ad hoc shift cover must be available for a minimum of 4 days a week and for a period of at least six months.
We manage a number of organisations' staff banks so we have a continuous need for people to cover ad hoc and emergency shifts. Please refer to bank outsourcing for further information.
