Westminster Day and Employment Services

Community Access Westminster

We provide day opportunities designed to promote independence, well-being and choice for people who have learning disabilities and live in Westminster. At the very heart of what we do are the individuals we work with. It's about giving people more of a voice – we value diversity, and make sure that people using services have a say in who works with them. It’s always about listening. Because, by listening to others we can continue to learn about how people want to spend their time. We believe everyone should have the freedom to make choices, whatever their circumstances and needs. Everyone is different. We can find out what works for each individual and create opportunities that match their talents and abilities. Good health, living well, getting out and about and having an opportunity to work. Being supported to do your own thing. Being independent is an important factor of life. We help people to achieve a good balance between safety and adventure.

We've set our standards high. We want Westminster to be the best place in London for people with disabilities – to learn, to work, to be well and live well.
